Round 1, Step 3 High-Priority Project Materials
The Round 1, Step 3 High-Priority Project Application Packet presents the results of the most recent CABY application process. Through this process, CABY staff worked with six project sponsors to develop materials for 10 drought relief and water conservation and efficiency projects (the subject that the Planning Committee deemed high priority in June 2009).
At this point in time, each one of the projects has a few questions or unresolved issues still outstanding. As a result, some work plans include highlighted text; there may be inconsistencies between task listings in the work plans and schedules or budgets; project sponsors may yet decide to make changes in the overall project description or sequencing of tasks; and there are minor inconsistencies in project names between the various sections.
It is important to remember that this version of the application packet is considered a draft version and will undergo at least one more round of comment and revision prior to final ranking and adoption by the PC (in December 2009).
