Public Participation Plan

The purpose of this public participation plan is to outline the process by which the Cosumnes, American, Bear and Yuba Rivers (CABY) region will stay informed about and provide input on the development of the Integrated Regional Water Management Plan. The goal of this public participation plan is to inform and seek input from a wide audience within the region and to ensure plan endorsement by Planning Committee member organizations and adoption by four entities as defined in the CABY Planning Committee charter.
