- This matrix describes the funding allocation formulas that the Sacramento Funding Area IRWMPs have been discussing.

Draft CABY/RWA MOU
- This MOU was discussed at length with PC members and John Woodling of RWA. Changes have been made and are currently being circulated at RWA. The PC will review the revised version of this MOU at the April 1, 2009 meeting.
